Refund Policy

RABBANICA is committed to ethical publishing practices and transparency in financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for publication-related payments made to the journal.

 

1. Publication Fee Policy

RABBANICA operates as an open-access journal and only collects a publication fee after a manuscript has been peer-reviewed, accepted, and formally confirmed for publication. No fees are charged for manuscript submission or during the peer review process.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Because the publication fee is charged only after acceptance, it is generally non-refundable once payment has been made. However, exceptions may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If an author mistakenly pays the publication fee more than once for the same manuscript.
  • Technical Error: If a payment was made due to a clear system or technical error on our platform or payment processor.
  • Failure to Publish Due to Journal Error: If, after payment, the journal fails to publish the article due to an internal error not attributable to the author.

In such cases, a full or partial refund may be granted upon investigation.

 

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The author withdraws the manuscript after payment has been made.
  • The author is dissatisfied with post-publication visibility, indexing, or dissemination.
  • Delays in publication due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., editorial backlog, technical delays), unless publication becomes unreasonably delayed due to the journal’s fault.
  • Errors in the published article that were present in the final proof approved by the author.

 

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the author must send an official request via email to:

Subject Line: Refund Request – [Your Name / Manuscript ID]

Please include the following information:

  • Author's full name
  • Manuscript title and ID
  • Date and amount of payment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Proof of payment

 

IMPORTANT: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date. All requests will be reviewed by the editorial office and/or finance team within 15 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

 

5. Modifications to This Policy

RABBANICA reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the official journal website with the updated effective date.
