Upon acceptance for publication, all submissions are subject to a publication fee of MYR150.00 for the corresponding author. Meanwhile, the publication fee for KIAS staff is only MYR100.

All content is freely available without embargo or charge to the user(s) or institution(s). Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles or use them for any lawful purpose as long as proper acknowledgement is given to the authors of the original work without asking prior permission from the author or publisher.
