Advertising Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

The RABBANICA Journal of Revealed Knowledge maintains an advertising policy that ensures transparency, integrity, and the highest ethical standards in scholarly publishing. This policy follows the principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.

2. Editorial Independence

Advertising does not influence editorial decisions. All editorial content is produced independently of commercial or advertising interests. The acceptance or rejection of articles is solely based on scholarly merit, peer review, and alignment with the journal’s scope.

3. Advertisement Eligibility

The journal accepts advertisements that are:

  • Relevant to academia, education, research, publishing, and religious or theological studies.
  • Not misleading, deceptive, or in conflict with the values of scholarly integrity.
  • Reviewed for compliance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

4. Separation from Editorial Content

Advertisements will be clearly distinguished from editorial content. Placement will not imply endorsement by the journal or its editorial board.

5. Conflicts of Interest

Advertisers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. The journal will not accept ads from organisations that may compromise the objectivity or perceived integrity of its research content.

6. Restrictions on Types of Advertisements

The journal will not publish advertisements for:

  • Products or services that are harmful, unethical, or exploitative.
  • Political or religious propaganda unrelated to scholarly inquiry.
  • Materials that violate human rights or promote hate speech.

7. Placement and Frequency

Advertisements may appear on the journal’s website and in electronic formats, but not within the text of peer-reviewed articles or supplementary materials.

8. Data Privacy and Tracking

The journal does not share user or author data with advertisers. Advertisers may not collect data through cookies or other tracking technologies on the journal’s platform.

9. Review and Oversight

All advertisements are subject to approval by the editorial and/or administrative board. The journal reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement at its discretion.

10. Updates and Revisions

This policy may be updated periodically to remain aligned with evolving standards set by COPE, DOAJ, and other scholarly publishing organisations.
